RuleMesh
Hosted MCP server that turns GDPR, EU AI Act, and DORA obligations into trackable requirements, lets a coding agent pull rules and submit evidence, and syncs status to Jira.
RuleMesh publishes a hosted Model Context Protocol server (Streamable HTTP at api.rulemesh.com/mcp, OAuth or API key) for coding agents including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Gemini CLI. The vendor's own MCP docs name roughly fifteen tools: list_regulations and get_compliance_plan turn a regulation into a prioritized module roadmap; pull_rules and scan_compliance return structured requirements, checklists, and evidence templates for the agent to evaluate against the codebase; submit_signals and submit_signals_batch record evidence items (the vendor states "code stays local... RuleMesh receives evidence descriptions and the file names where signals were found; it does not access or upload the source files"); get_ticket_status and get_progress read back Jira lifecycle state and cross-session progress. The pricing page states the product "covers every regulation RuleMesh has released (currently the GDPR, the EU AI Act and DORA)"; a separate Jira app is listed on the Atlassian Marketplace.
